Sunday evening I was referred to Christopher and urged to call him now (it was after 7:30 PM). Christopher returned my call and I explained to Christopher my brothers Saturday evening arrest and legal charges provided by the Detention Center. My brothers arraignment was scheduled for 8:00 AM Monday morning. Christopher drove 50 miles to my brothers arraignment location and was able to get him released on his own recognizance vs. the $85,000,00 bail listed. The following week we are in court for my brothers hearing and Christopher got all infractions dismissed. That was it, no trial, no probation, everything gone like it never happened!

Chris is personal, he is honest, he is the wizard in law! Our situation has been going on for about 6 years and we had been devastated and lost.
For the past years, we had sleepless nights and countless worries days and nights. I had been having stress migraines almost daily due to the situation.
We went through 3 sets of law firms throughout the years. The past law firms had promised the great outcome, but instead this devastated situation continued for years. Set Aside Default
In February/March we were advised to contact an Attorney regarding a case we were so confused on that it brought tears to our eyes every time we received mail from the opposing attorney (s). After being referred to 3 attorneys and being declined by 2 we called Christopher Markelz office and spoke with Carolyn. Advised her of our situation and was given the opportunity to meet with them and discuss what we needed to do and ultimately wanted to do that same day. At that time we retained his services to help us remove our names from a Civil Case that we had thought we were no longer part of as of 2 years ago. He explained everything in detail to us and we understood better than ever what we were up against. He is extremely passionate about his work and more so about helping people through tough times. Every meeting with Chris was explained in detail what was happening, read over any new documents, explained our position and helped us to understand.
